Breathwork is an active form of meditation that involves dynamic breath as a tool to release stuck energy and invite self healing into the body. 

This practice helps to safely release emotions to physically and emotionally detox the body. 

I pair this with journaling and meditation during an extended savasana to help clients identify limiting beliefs and dial into what serves them.

In a group setting this offering takes on additional power through collective energy, connection and support. I will hold space during this deep practice to allow maximum healing potential for all clients. 

This self-love practice leaves you feeling lighter, relaxed, refreshed, and closer to living life in alignment.
